Extended Service Swivel Plastex Heavy Duty Casters
Extended service casters are an excellent choice for use on in-plant trailers, towline carts or AGV systems. Features integrally forged steel kingpin - guaranteed for life. Drop forged steel mounting plate and horn base with a 5" dia. precision unit load bearing. Integrally forged 1" dia. kingbolt is surrounded by a precision tapered thrust bearing. Machined main ball race is 3 3/8" diameter and is hardened for continuous service. Legs are 5/16" plate steel, fully welded. 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" overall mounting plate.Plastex wheels provide easy rolling and good capacity at modest cost.
S-ES-6PH and S-ES-63PH feature a straight-sided wheel lubricated through a lube axle.

However, the precision tapered thrust bearing and guaranteed-for-life integrally forged kingpin design make it superior to the double ball race casters in its class. Capacities up to 2200 lbs.• Swivel Construction - 3/8" thick drop forged steel mounting plate; 5/16" x 2 1/2" plate steel legs robotically welded inside and outside to forged steel horn base.
• Kingpin - 1" dia. integrally forged with mounting plate, turned and threaded for 3/4" dia. lock nut. Main Load Bearing - CNC - machined 3 1/4" dia. raceway; 1/2" dia. hardened and polished steel balls.
• Secondary Load Bearing - 1" precision tapered thrust bearing counteracts radial thrust.
